Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join their client's dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. This client is renowned for providing contract manufacturing, laser processing, and finishing services across a variety of industries, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Understand specifications of tasks and desired results by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Translate instructions into computer commands for machines to execute the correct functions.
- Prepare and load raw materials onto the machines.
- Set up and run first pieces to verify outputs meet specifications.
- Supervise machines during tasks, making necessary adjustments for improved results.
- Inspect and measure finished products, ensuring processes are completed correctly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and closely follow directions.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details
The position offers a competitive pay range of $30 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
